A sales guy who builds things.

Narrows Web Co. is run by one person, from Gig Harbor, on purpose.

I'm Dustin. My day job for twenty years has been enterprise sales: figuring out why buyers say yes, and building the strategy and the story that gets them there. My nights-and-weekends job, for nearly as long, has been building things: software, websites, and one very stubborn waterfront house renovation.

Narrows Web Co. is where those two things meet. A small-business website is a sales asset. It exists to get you found by people ready to buy and to convince them to call you instead of the next result down. Most web designers have never carried a quota; most marketers can't write a line of code. This is both, in one person, who also answers the phone.

WHY "NARROWS"

The bridge does one job

The Tacoma Narrows Bridge connects the peninsula to the rest of the South Sound — one mile of steel that turns two separate markets into one. That's the job of a website done right: a bridge between people searching and the business that should be answering. We named the company after the thing we build.

HOW WE STAY $100/MO

No overhead, no theater

No office lease, no account managers, no software licenses passed through to you. Sites are hand-coded, generated from a structured system, and served from edge infrastructure that costs almost nothing to run. The price is honest because the costs are.

Work with the person who builds it.

No handoffs, no account team. The first conversation and the final product come from the same chair.
