The situation
Great reviews. Invisible online.
A licensed remodeling contractor with strong ratings and a healthy project history across Pierce, King, and Thurston counties, and a web presence that didn't reflect any of it. When homeowners searched "bathroom remodel" plus their own city, the contractor was nowhere. Every one of those searches went to a competitor.
The reputation existed. The architecture to surface it didn't.
The build
Architecture, not decoration.
We built a complete static site, hand designed and generated from a structured system:
Service pages for kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-home interiors, each one a real page
with real depth, not a paragraph on the homepage.
City pages for every community in the service area, three counties wide, each with unique
copy, so the contractor ranks in each city independently.
Structured data throughout: LocalBusiness, Service, Review, and Breadcrumb schema, so Google
reads the business correctly and shows rich results.
Verified reviews pulled forward from Google, Yelp, and Angi onto a dedicated page.
Speed as a feature: no builder, no bloat. Every page loads in under a second.

An AI agent that processes real financial documents end to end: vision AI (Mistral) reads the supplier invoice PDFs no system can parse, extracts the data, and uploads it into a third-party portal with no human in the middle. The Decorators Association
A national trade association for the decorated-apparel industry, built from zero, membership, benchmark data, and an AI-enabled quoting tool that takes a member's messy request and returns a clean quote in their preferred format, streamlining intake and killing the back-and-forth. STCH
Naming, identity, and launch-ready digital presence for a new group purchasing organization, taken from a blank page to a brand that signs members, including a logo built stitch by stitch. Zero-to-one is a different skill than redesign. We do both.

The situation
An established plan library with real search equity, on a platform that had become the constraint. Any rebuild risked the rankings that made it valuable.
What we built
A full static rebuild with every URL preserved, measured against the live site on eight separate axes before anything shipped.
Why it works
Migrations lose rankings when nobody measures. We treat parity as a gate, not a hope.

The situation
The existing site had been infected and was being flagged, so customers searching for him were being warned away from his own business.
What we built
A rebuild from the ground up rather than a clean-up: his text and photographs carried across, every script written from scratch, no plugins and no third-party JavaScript.
Why it works
Cleaning a compromised site leaves you trusting that you found everything. Rebuilding means there is nothing to have missed.

Rueppell
The situation
One owner, two businesses that are bought in completely different ways. A plan library is browsed and filtered until something fits. A design practice is chosen on judgement, and the site has to carry that.
What we built
A separate site with its own typography, colour, and layout, generated by the same architecture as every other build here.
Why it works
Put the two homepages side by side and nothing carries across except the standard. That is the difference between building from a system and dressing a theme.
