This policy covers narrowsweb.com, operated by Rocky Bay Ventures LLC, trading as Narrows Web Co. It explains what the site collects, why, who else can see it, and how to ask us to delete it.

When you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number, business name and message. We collect it because you asked us to get in touch, and we use it for that.
We record which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked, using our own software on our own servers. Each record contains the page address, the address of the page you came from, the type of action, and a short label such as the button text. It does not contain your name, and we do not attempt to identify you from it.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention. This happens for every website and we cannot switch it off.
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
The client login area is separate and does use browser storage to keep you signed in. That applies only if you have an account with us.
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. That means Google receives your IP address when a page loads, in the same way it would for any site using their font service. We do not send them anything else.
Cloudflare: hosts the site, serves it worldwide and keeps short-lived security logs
Supabase: stores enquiries and the anonymous page-view records, on servers we control
Resend: delivers email we send you, such as a reply to an enquiry
We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we run no advertising or social media tracking on this site.
Enquiries are kept for as long as we are doing business together, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records.
Server logs are kept for a short period by our host.
Analytics records are kept indefinitely, but they contain no personal identifiers and cannot be traced back to a visitor.
Email hello@narrowsweb.com and ask. We will delete what we hold about you, and tell you when it is done. You do not need to explain why, and you do not need to be a customer.
You can also ask what we hold, and we will send it to you.
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If this policy changes we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be described there rather than slipped in quietly.
