July 18, 2026 · Instrument, not a score move
The scoreboard on this page isn't hand-typed. An agent measures narrowsweb.com every Monday and writes down the number, whatever it is.
We stood up a scheduled agent that scores our own site on the exact rubric we use on prospects, then writes the two numbers to a database with no human in the loop. The page you're reading pulls them live. If the number drops, it drops in public.
It's a small Cloudflare Worker on a weekly cron. It fetches our pages, parses the structured data and metadata, checks for an llms.txt and a machine-readable contact, and asks an AI model whether it names us for the searches that matter. Each signal has a fixed weight, published on this page, so a run is reproducible and nobody can fudge it.
Knowing the rubric doesn't hand you the result. The result comes from running it, and fixing what it finds, every week. That's the part that's hard to copy: not the checklist, the crew that works the checklist on a cadence.
